No Illegals Left Behind Act........Passes Senate...What a crock!

(d) Consultation Requirement.--Federal, State, and local representatives in the United States shall consult with their counterparts in Mexico concerning the construction of additional fencing and related border security structures along the international border between the United States and Mexico, as authorized by this title, before the commencement of any such construction in order to--
(1) solicit the views of affected communities;
(2) lessen tensions; and
(3) foster greater understanding and stronger cooperation on this and other important security issues of mutual concern.
(e) Annual Report.--Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter, the Secretary of State shall submit to Congress a report on the actions taken by the United States and Mexico under this section.
This is an Amendment by Senator Specter for himself and Mr Kennedy.

The topic of immigration is on just about everyone's lips in this country some say hey we should just give these people everything they want and let them become citizens just because. Then there are the people like ME who say, "Fuck'em!" I am not believing the shit most of our Senators and the president are trying to pull. I tell ya'll what, The above amendment was entered into the No Illegal Left Behind Act (Thank you Senator Jeff Sessions), at the last minute By Arlen Specter. What kinda shit is this we have to get Mexico's OK to build any type of fence/wall on our soil. Who the hell does he think he is? My opinion he's a traitor who is compromising the security of this country and giving our rights away to a third world country like Mexico. All this while the el Presidente of Mexico was touring the US (I wonder if he came across with a coyote). He has made his little statements praising the government for letting his population come here and stay. Personally as soon as Fox stepped on to US soil he should have been arrested for terrorism as he and his government have handed out documentation on how to sneak into our country...That is a terrorist act. But instead he gets to be cock of the walk and have speaking engagements, have dinner with Governor Arnold and kiss his ass, and gets to spread his bullshit over the airwaves and written press.
One thing that truly bothers me is with the president he believes in this bill he is trying to get passed well that's okay but he has totally got it wrong on the way he's going about it. First we need to secure the borders then allow our local, state, and government law enforcement agencies to do their damn jobs and gather these HomeDepot loiterers that are illegal and ship their asses back to good ole Mexico. Oh but that would cost too much....Right....Hell no the cops know where these fence jumpers hang out to work and if they wait long enough they can get the bastards who hire them also. It isn't going to get all them off the streets of America but hell it'll help. Oh and the madres who abuse our health facilities and pump out baby after baby cause they don't know what a freaking condom is well they and their future fence jumping brats need to be jetisoned back to Tijuana town also. Oh but some of you will bring up the constitution, if your born here you are a citizen, guess what that shit doesn't mean if your papa and mama snuck their sun burned asses into our country hey you get get a free fuckin' ride. That was there for real immigrants who came here legally and are working within the system then yes the child is a citizen....why cause they are here LEGALLY.
Also the president should realize this Amendment of his is a very bad idea when he gets praises from people like Kennedy and ex pres. Jimmy Carter(who hates President Bush with a fire beyond belief). The President should have pulled this thing as soon as Kennedy said hey this sounds good, and he sure as hell should have burned it when Carter said I LOVE this, this is great. Wake up Bush and smell the Billy Beer, these people are your enemy if they like it, it can't be good for America.
